Grant Agreements
Upon receipt of your Award Letter and Grant Agreement, please have the professional executive and highest ranking lay leader execute the documents and return one (1) copy to our offices.

Grant Distributions
Grant distributions are made in December of the award year.  Grantees are required to acknowledge, in writing, receipt of the distribution.

Grant Reports
The Funds require interim "Progress Reports" for grants awarded in the amount of $10,000 or more.  If required, all interim “Progress Reports” are due exactly six (6) months from the date of the Grant Award as stated in the Award Letter and Grant Agreement.  If a "Final Report" is required, the deadline is at the conclusion of the grant period.  In some cases, additional information may be requested by the Funds.
